Governor Quinn is committed to a first-rate education for all Illinois children, and is a true friend to small business owners.

As Treasurer, Pat Quinn developed deep relationships with Asian-Americans all across the state. He developed an Asian-American Advisory Council that was hailed as the 'most diverse' of all such councils.

Governor Quinn has appointed Asian-Americans to senior levels within his administration, to ensure that Asian-Americans have a voice and play an active role in Illinois government. And , if elected in 2010, Governor Quinn will reconvene the Asian-American Advisory Council in his Administration.

Governor Quinn recognizes the many vital contributions diverse groups make in Illinois, socially, politically, and economically. And Pat Quinn will always strive to make Illinois a more inclusive place, with opportunity for all.
